So, I thought I'd share a snapshot on what I've been chowing on these days and what my diet looks like, feel free to comment, critique, mock, and praise as you please!
Meal 1:
4 Whole Eggs
1 bowl of Cookie Crisp cereal with Skimmed Milk :-D
3 scoops of Wicked Whey Protein shake from Phenom Labs
8 tabs of Fish Oils
2 tabs of Multi-Vitamins
2 tabs of Glucosamine
Meal 2:
1 grilled chicken breast
1/2 cup of white rice (measured before cooking)
Pre-Work out:
1 scoop Herculean Xtreme NO/Creatine product from Phenom Labs
Meal 3 (post work out):
2 scoops Wicked Whey Protein shake from Phenom Labs
6 tablespoons dextrose
1 teaspoon Creatine Monohydrate
Meal 4:
1 grilled chicken breast
1/2 cup of white rice
OR
1.5 Foot long grilled chicken sub from subway with whole wheat bread, totally plain except with one line of Ketchup (I have this if I have a lecture for my masters)
Meal 5:
1 grilled chicken breast
1/2 cup of white rice
15 almonds
Meal 6:
2 scoops Caesine protein shake
I like my chicken
