I remember this dick in high school who thought his shit didn't stink drove to school after Christmas in a brand new orange Fiat X19.  Man all the chicks and some guys even were just all over this guy being all nice  so they can get a ride in it or whatever.,  But the guy who knew him and he played on our ball team knew he was a dick.  Some days later after practice someone flatten all his tires.  Oh well!

Good to know, cause when I was 16 I tuned up my buddies Fiero and when we took it for a ride the motor started on fire about 2 blocks into the ride and it happened to just rained, so for some reason there was a bucket of rain water in front of a house and i used it to put the fire out.

He couldn't thank me enough, for saving his car from burning up ;D

haha, I had a Firebird catch on fire under the hood one time (no joke) and it burned up all the wiring, etc...  f'd me up because insurance wouldn't cover it.  My brother's response..."You should have thrown gas on the mf'er"   ;D

Fiero engines ,rear wheel, where known to burst into flames for no apparent reason, true story. My sister had one total POS car.
I owned one for 3 days when I was 16.  Pos shacked like a mofo at 55 or above.

Just got an email from a dealership here in vegas I set my friend up with to sell his Ferrari.  They are asking $69,000.  It is a 1990 Testarossa with 6000 original miles on it.  My friend does not drive it.  He bought brand new.  If any of you high rolling Getbiggers want it I could probably save you about $8000 to $10,000 on it.  And yes I fit in it

Granted this ad is from 1/5/2009, but 35k for a barely used car that would be hard pressed in keeping up with 4 cylinder cars...low Mileage demo car or not.

LOL, knowing how reliable pontiac's are the thing will probably catch on fire the moment you start it...didn't they have a huge recall issue with that !?!

I know...you told me that once before. I lived at Rathburn & Fieldgate. Used to go to the Gold's right around the corner there. Very convienient. But going back to that cruise down rathburn rd back in the day...the broads would all come out as it got warm. Hell, I was at the coin up car wash at tomken and eglington constantly. I still go...and I now live in woodbridge.

8-10k is probably what it cost to do a oil change and timing belt change on it. Because it's a flat 12 (boxer engine) they have to drop the engine down out of the car... Also there are f355s with less miles going for that much...he wants too much for the car.

Probably due to it's mid engine confirguration. It didn't get enough cooling to the engine compartment. There are some aftermarket "snorkel" roof intakes that run from the top of the car back to the engine. Kinda like the McLaren F1 or like the single snorkel intake for the Fiero race car.

Yeah it did have cooling issues , the raditors were up front and the engine was in the rear always an issue , they did for shits & giggles put a intercooled turbo Grand National V6 in one and it was a fuck of a lot faster than the Vette for thousands less , needless to say GM wasn't going to produce those seeing the Vetter was their ' flagship '

I've seen at car shows conversions with Northstar V8s in them , pretty quick too

Fieros have their niche, but certainly aren't worth 35k. damn.  I'm currently in the market for a muscle car to restore.  I love some of the 80s cars(Monte SS's, Third-Gens, GNs, Cutlasses, Regals) but don't like the image they convey....trailor trash or a ghetto box with 24s on 'em.  Grand Nationals are too expensive, and I won't touch a Mustang.

Some of the muscle cars out of the 60s and 70s are approaching six figures in price.  Almost any GTO, Challenger, Chevelle, 1st Gen Camaro, 70 and a half Camaros, SD Trans Ams, Mach 1s, Shelby, Buick GSXs, Boattail Rivieras, 442s, hell, just about ANY Mopar goes for huge amounts.  Diamonds in the rough are Plymouth Satellites made to look like Roadrunners, Pontiac LeMans, Dusters, Novas(post-71), 77-81 Firebirds and TAs, and really, any large mid 70s car.  A lot can be found in great condition.

I've been looking at a few Lincolns with the 460 in it.  Evil thoughts come to mind when I think of stacking a big ass blower on top of that mill.  I'm pretty sure there are so very few big 4 door 70s cars with superchargers sticking out the hood with a full luxury interior around.

I had a friend that put a 460 in a old Grand Torino that sob would scream down the road.
