why would u buy an ipad for 600$ plus the monthly cost of the G connection?  is it basically an oversize iphn, ipod and amazon kindle wrapped into one?  help me on this one.  this is more difficult than the console stuff.  

can u run quickboods, photoshop and other programs on it too...or u buy from their store?

Since jailbreaking has become so popular you gotta wonder if Apple decided to leave a flaw "hidden" somewhere so people can jailbreak it if they want to. Officially they frown upon it but still reap the extra sales they get from people buying one just to jailbreak it.

From what I remember some people didn't want to buy the second gen Ipod touch just because the processor loophole had been fixed from the first gen which prevented them from jailbreaking it.
