Regardless, incredible physique at that age and at that time considering he was still in university, working part time in addition to school and bodybuilding, and did not have access to many of the supplements and gym equipments that are available in the west today...yet that physique would still win the Canadian Nationals today!

Sherief, you know I met Nasser once in Golds Gym Giza over in Cairo.  Even took a picture with him in the locker room, but lost that pic!

I eventaully met him again at the Arnolds - still have a picture of that, will post it up sometime!  Nice guy!

even back then you could tell he wasnt going to be anything special.

he always looked like a guy with average genetics and some muscle.

then he went to loads of muscle with average genetics.

not many people continue on the path he did after realising they didnt have a genetic gift...gotta give him that.

That's what I've always said....Nasser was a ham-and-egger.

 he has exactly  ONE   major show victory, and the top two BBers at the time weren't even in it...or he would have finished third  :P


I was punching Nasser in the face the other day and he admitted as much to me
