As I mentioned above, Arnold has twisted his torso and thrown out his chest.  Arnold has acknowledged in several places that he is a master at creating the illusion he is bigger than he actually is.

No doubt Bruno was a beast, but he was also probably carrying 20% bf there while Sergio and Arnold were maybe 10%. On Bruno that's over 20 extra pounds.

There was a story in Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bbing, this story was about how this guy entered a contest and he looked huge in street clothes, as he got ready and removed each layer, he got smaller, until he looked like a smaller but uncut version of himself. Same thing here.

Well, sometimes, if tailored correctly, there is minimal...
Shawn Ray was excellent in having his suits tailored. He said on here that his tailor measured his arms at 18 inches. And while at 5'6-5'7, that is still big, and he was 215-218 his last few contests, but he looked straight out of a Jos. A Bank catalog. And he was comparably bigger than Sergio and Arnold, meaning he had more lean mass, and his arms pretty much matched up with them, and legs for his size were bigger than theirs for their size.

Dude is just more bulkier than Arnold or Sergio, you can see it in his face. Big neck though.
