because it is the introduction of androgen for a woman. they don't go through a testosterone surge during female puberty. same reason androgens don't make a man's voice deepen yet a woman's will. when a female uses test the first time it is like a teenage male going through puberty.
thats tru. but, when a man shoot up 20 times the amount of androgen that he was first introduced to at puberty, he basically take his whole body tru a second puberty and get puberty side effects, like acne, muscle, voice deepen, dick enlargement, etc...
now of course you wont get extreme sides like the very first time your body met androgens, but you will get some for sure, it all depends on your genetic; some guys who were prone to acne during puberty will probably get acne again, while some will never have acne in their life. some guys who started getting bald during late puberty, will accelerate the process of being completely bald alot by using androgens, while some will have a full head of hair at 65 even after abusing aas for 20 years.

so, its ALL about your genetic, your dick could get bigger, you could have acne, you could get bald,, by using aas. you can never be 100% sure about what sides you will get from it, but taking a look at what sides you did get at puberty, you will have a pretty good idea about what is going to happen to your body once you shoot the needle, but as always, you could have some surprises
