Krav Maga is pretty sweet, they just opened a Krav Maga gym not too far from my house.  I will probably enroll my daughter in their self defense classes.

that it is my friend. it's suit's me fine. tried many others. some good so not so. to each his own. as long as your training more power to you i reckon whatever it is. the video says it all though. ;D

It most certainly does.. Krav Maga was created for the Israeli army and Mossad agents to allow troops to take on multiple attackers and disarm and disable them quickly, efficiently and easily.

There is a Russian style that is very similar called SYSTEMA (the System)

they are both great because they are not designed for sport or tournament fighting but for quick disabling of an armed opponent.

A couple of mates that I went to university with are deadly serious about becoming steely eyed dealers of Israeli based death. Before that it was training for a triathlon and next it will probably be crossfit.

Anything to block out the fact that they sit behind a desk all day.

On that note...my concealed carry .40 owns martial art douches.


...just kidding. At least this one looks as if its not for "show" and can actually be used in real life situations where it could be useful to me...like in a bar, bank ect where I can't carry.
