It's not a second choice at all.  The woman has made a choice to sleep with you and YOU have made the choice to do so as well.  Once the fluids from your body enter hers it is HER decision on what to do.  I fail to understand how you don't see this as fair and a choice.  You would rather double speak about second choices, what second choice?  Their is no second choice.  YOU as a man have the decision to sleep with a woman or not.  YOU made the choice right there, that is YOUR choice in the matter.  Once you have made that decision it is up to her.  How would you feel if you had no decision relating to YOUR body and what goes on with it?  What you are doing is basically saying you should have the right to do with your body as you please in this case sleep with a woman, then you should have the right to tell her what to do with hers - in this case the pregnancy.  Doesn't work that way tony and never will.  it's not a double standard and never was.  Your choice once again was over your body and whether you would sleep with her, if you did you already made your choice, now let her make hers.

Women are court ordered to pay child support as well so it may not be their choice per se.  They even face jail time for not paying.

How about this, give us a scenario that hits all of your points starting from having sex so we can sort this all out.

If a dad get 50% of the kid he should pay a proportional amount etc etc
