My physique is right on par with my time spent engaging in regular resistance training. I started lifting weights for health purposes 7-8 years ago, I only started getting into bodybuilding in the last 2-3 years. In my profile picture, I am at about 10 percent bodyfat while still maintaining a solid level of muscularity for someone who has been bodybuilding for such an amount of time. You can see my serratus and abdominals while pulling off a stomach vaccuum without any overhead lighting or shadowing effects. I guarantee you that if you 1) got down to my level of bodyfat and 2) took a picture pulling off a front double biceps with total stomach vaccuum without ANY overhead lighting, I would make you look like a child.
You are obviously not a real person and just trolling for shits and giggles, but i'll play along....
You look like you don't lift weights at all and never have. Low bodyfat, yes. But a total lack of muscularity. You have the body of a 15 year old kid.
After 7-8 years of lifting, and 2-3 years of bodybuilding, you look like shit (if you were a real person, which you obviously are not).
At the age of 16 I started lifting, and by 17 I already looked more impressive than you.
