Personally I think dorians genetics were not as good as ronnie and imo dorian was better but what do you think.

Dorian- low volume, 3 hours a week

ronnie- higher volume, 6 days a week

nothing eh in your retard opinion he was but statistics show other wise dorian only only lost 2 contests ronnie lost a hell of alot more, around the same weight a best, both had strong points over the other, so they match up 
fairly decently.

Ronnie's answer is simple...point at weights, says go lift and love it. If you don't, find something that you love to do and do it, whether it ve volleyball or knitting.
