His triceps were huge as well. He seemed to train in a slow, but torturous rate. And in the BFTO series, the 97 one, he did biceps curls with a straight bar, which if you have small wrist and joints (like a lot of black people do) that straight bar is a killer for them--but they eventually get used to it, and the forearms look better.

yes, I claimed that simply to show the nuthuggers how to prove something. no one would think for a minute that it were actually true.

and it still took them about 10 pages after I said it for them to actually clue in and prove it wrong using visuals.

but they were too dumb to understand the point of the excercise.

the nuthuggers babble on posting total bullshit without corroborating proof.

they avoid the visuals because it shows their arguments are wrong.

I stepped up and taught them a lesson, but they were too stupid to understand it.

typical dumb nuthuggers.. ::)

Hulkster makes a point that having large thighs will make your gastros look small.

Tom Platz had great gastros too but due to his sheer thigh size they didn't appear extraordinary.

Dude, thats why they are supposed to keep their thighs balanced to their quads.
Thats why Shawn Ray downsized his legs, he stopped training them because his quads were outgrowing the rest of his body.
Thats part of BB, not just trying to make your bodyparts the biggest and freakiest, but by creating the complete package.
