2 days rest, then 2 weeks straight with 2 2adaysplits
total 28 training sessions out of a 28 day month
i train everyday, and plan to everyday unless body is totally strained and injury is close,,, you have to walk that line to make real gains.
if your natty, forget hit, unless sauce is involved,,,
if hit or infrequent training worked then every middleaged 40 something alch drinking fool weekend warrior guy would be jacked...
