The Obama administration is setting up the country for either widespread tax increases or a major economic fallout as we are spending far more than we are taking in, all the while increasing government programs, entitlements, war/international spending & support.  It is not sustainable.  For all you Obama fans, his path is not sustainable unless taxes go up as he is making no effort to cut spending over the entirety of his term and beyond.
People starting complaining about big gov spending in Bush's second term too...some are forgetting that.  So we had a big spender, complained, and elected a bigger spender. hmmmm.

I'm not sure which channels you're watching but the man is perfectly in his element when he's debating, that's undeniable. You cant deny the fact he has the ability to focus on issues unlike your star Parah Sailin who uses sarcasm as main tool for her speeches.

I like Paul as well and I think he should be the Republican standard Bearer.  Does that mean I would vote for him automatically?  Of course not.  At least it would cause the other Party to drop dolts like Palin and Bachmann and the Neo-Con agenda as well as shrink the military.  It would do good to move the political zeitgeist forward and at least get some of these people thinking more Progressively rather than Regressively.  That is the benefit of Ron Paul in my opinion.

Problem is, even the Tea-Party is running against Ron Paul and his allies within his own party are slim and falling.  I can`t name one other Republican currently serving that shares identical views.  Can you?
