1. Close all military bases situated in other countries
2. Abolish the Fed
3. Abolish the Income Tax
4 End all Federal programs not specifically authorized by the Constitution
5. Immediately reduce military spending by at least 50% and more as time goes on
6. Create a new 'interest free' currency backed dollar for dollar by real commodities

You are the one who needs a dictionary.  To dismantle means to tear down and remove.  Nowhere does Ron Paul say that he wants the US to be Costa Rica.  He speaks only of reducing military spending and the US military presence in other countries.  Stop making stuff up!

If I say, we need less Tanks, Bombs, Missiles and Hummers as Ron Paul does, what happens to the them?  If I say we need less troops and less Unit Divisions, what happens to them?
