even at flex's best he still carried water, vic is just laughable

dex and shawn got shreaded, but there is a difference between shreaded and dry

93 Arnold Classic Flex is dryer than anything Heath has ever brought. and Kai from 09 Arnold and earlier used to get suicide conditioning. With his new found size he's trying to get it back.

Like wiggs said 93 Mr O Flex was drier than Phil has ever been, and flex was still carrying water. 1993 Arnold, Flex was drier still...ND needs to post pics...

Vic, the early Vic, was very dry, especially when he won his pro card and whn he won the NOC. Shawn was dry back in the mid to late 90s...if you ever seen The final countdown vid of him posing in the hotel room, he was dry as hell. And we remember that pic of him wearing those thick round glasses doing a side tricep pose---dude was drier than a desert.
Dex, well he is pretty much always on point, especially since working with Joe McNeil. But he didn't earn the nickname "The Blade", just because he likes the movie.

even the 93 arnold, flex had soft glutes and hamstrings

i will agree kai was pretty sick at the 09 arnold, this photo from when he went to Australia is pretty wild

You ar shitting me. The 93 Arnold, Flex did have striated glutes, go check the Arnold thread. It was the 93, O where he lacked them, but his conditioning overall was still superior...

Plus, I think the glutes should be covered...it is the emphasis on striated glutes which has caused the the trunks to get smaller and for competitors to hitched them up their cracks.
