I find it amusing that MSNBC has the decency to treat Ron Paul with respect and lets him make all the points he can in the time alloted.  Notice whenever Ron Paul is on FOX NEWS they try their hardest to belittle him and make him into a cook.

Honestly, MSNBC is unwatchable.

Where I work out they only get MSNBC and I was trying to watch Maddow while doing some cardio.  That has to be the absolute worst programming on tv, bar none.

The overall level of taxation that people are complaining about is not only the federal income tax, it is the entire tax burden suffered by people. 

The left wing freak show was trying to distort this yesterday and it did not, does not work. 

Although some dont pay it in federal income tax, people as a whole are getting screwed royally from ALL LEVELS of govt and that is what the tea party people are talking about.  Whether its the unfunded mandates that cause state taxes to explode, fines, fees, etc, the federal income tax alone is but only a small portion of the overall burden of this mess.  Just complaince alone with the income tax is ahuge cost to society.

In my country alone, Westchester, we have a massive unfunded liability in what we have to pay for Medicade.  The Federal Govt mandates what we must cover but does not reimburse the entire amount.  As a result, we have a massive unfunded liability that results in the highest property taxes in the nation.  That is one example. 

This occurs in many other areas as well to where the federal income tax alone is but one blip on the radar of the overal cost of govt screwing the avwerage guy.

He was claiming that on averqage people are paying less federal taxes than in years past.  While that may be techincially true as per just the federal income tax, that does not tell the complete truth that people overall are getting screwed on the state level as a result of federal unfunded mandates that push a lot of these taxes on to the state side. 

Additionally, the tea party people are pissed off with the level of borrowoing to pay for utter crap that will result in a FUTURE tax increase or worse. 

He is the epitome of a dishonest lib.
