He does look good but has a wierd shaped torso. A bit narrow in the shoulders.

That's what a BBer should look like.
Midget or not, if judges were to judge a contest the way they're supposed to, the above look would win out every time over guys like Cutler, Yates and the mass monsters. Don't misinterpret my statement and think I don't like Yates or any of the other bigger guys, but those guys and their look do not represent the ideal BBing look.

that is one of the single greatest "upper-bodies" to ever set foot on an IFBB stage

if your just take his upper torso into account, there is really nothing he could improve on

What is his height?  He doesn't look super-short.

The long insertions make his calves look small but they aren't really.
