 If you wanna release your toxins just chug water and tea for a few days and hang out in a sauna for an hour or two each day. Sweating and pissing out all those toxins.

 Or instead of fasting switch to really clean foods for a while. Go organic or vegetarian or whatever.

 Fasting has it's benefits but it also has a lot of negative side effects, and it's benefits can be gained through other means.
