If you know someone is selling steroids you can go to jail if you don't report it. What the fuck is this country coming to? How ironic due to the fact that the court has ruled consistently that the police are not required by law to protect you. That's right, if you are getting your ass beat or even murdered the police are under no legal obligation to protect you. They are required to arrest the person after they have beaten you to death but not do anything to prevent it.

i knew a former mr scotland who told me he had a shit load in the boot of his car and was pulled over. they looked in it and he said they were all for personal use and they let him go.

would love to bring back a load through customs, when on holiday to prague but get the feeling the dicks at the airports  would seize it or arrest me.
