If it wasn't for him, no one may had never known of Howard Stern.  It was his first TV show ever and Stern showed up in blackface.  Petey helped Stern get things off the ground

reminds you of a time, a looooooooooong...loooooo ooooooooooooooong time ago........when howard was still hungry and passionate,

not the sellout hamptons hermit warming up the helicopter at 9 o'clock every morning (of his 4 day week, and 3 week month)...........to fly out to his estate and try to further ingratiate himself to the celebrity elite and chronically well-to-do.

not that that bit was the least bit funny, but at least he was pushing boundries
