It was a good show and I was able to meet with many people. It was a great day!

Eduardo, Hide and Erin were clear winners. No question about it.

Finally I met with one of my all time favorite Shawn Ray. And I also met with Kai for the first time! He has amazing size! Lee Haney was there also so these things were unbelievable for me because I'm a true fan of bodybuilding.

I had the chance to talk a little bit with Bob Chick as well. He helped me a lot with my visa so I'm so thankful. He's a GREAT guy.

I talked with Dexter too, he's always very nice with me...and I'll do he's show again this year.

And yes Kai was HUGE! Over 300 I guess and in pretty lean condition. Unbelievable!

No way. I saw Lee recently on TV on some religious show clapping and singing and the guy still looks like beast. More importantly he is a super great guy. Good soul all the way. He's one of those guys that I look at and hope to be like some day.

Interesting fact is that Lee is only four years older than Coleman is 2 generations behind Coleman as far as bodybuilding eras. Just goes to show how young Lee was when he first won the O.
