If that is one of those telescopic steel batons then I feel real sorry for the dude getting the business end of it. That shit HURTS!! I would be amazed if he didn't suffer any broken bones.

the wooden ones actually hurt worse.....i only used my baton 1 time while on patrol........epic hand breakage...

Hopefully. No doubt the cop will say he felt "threatened" and the "supspect was resisting", assumed an "aggressive stance" etc

Easy.
I would never get myself in a situation like that in the first place.

I'm not a cop...but there's a million vids Like this of cops beating people. Some deserve it, some don't. But if it's night out, I'm in a shady neighborhood pulling over somebody alone with no backup, not knowing if the dude has a weapon...I'm gonna be on edge.
