I actually don't think ill even bother dieting till about 10 weeks out since ive managed to stay so lean. I want to take this one extra slow and try to make it into light heavy this year. Im hoping i grow into my skin while i diet like i usually do.

Alot of what I've read gh15 recommend is BS so I'd like to know what he advised.  Looking good though - hit the tanning bed and you'll look ever better bro.

One thing I've noticed is how much your quads have improved since you first started posting pics. Did you do anything different or find some formula that clicked or was it just a steady progression?

The main thing that i felt did more for my quads then any other exercise was front squats.. As you can see though it resulted in bad hamstring/ glute development which is still a weak point for me and i suffer groin problems because of the over compensation of it.

Oh great. That's not the answer I was hoping for. I absolutely hate front squats. It's so uncomfortable and I feel so unsteady.

I do them on the smith pellius.  Try to do them every few weeks, but they still suck ass.  As for your hams, does your gym have a machine where you can isolate each hamstring and work it alone?  If so, try that, making sure you squeeze hard at the top.  When I started viewing my hamstrings as a "bicep" instead of just part of my leg, they've started to come along.  That and seeing this picture on the wall when I hit hams anyway   :)

are you on teh sauce?

Clearly he is.  He'd be a fool not to be while dieting down - otherwise bye bye muscle.  Judging from his physique I'd guess some test, primo or eq, and maybe some winny.  Regardless of what many say, primo at 400mg+ a week is great - it's just damn expensive.

hmm, not impressive for a drug user.  not saying this to be critical either.  if i ever took drugs though, i would want to LOOK like i take drugs...  he doesnt look as good as some naturals on this board.
gh15 says true naturals are about as real as pam anderson's tits

You don't understand what steroids do and what they don't (understandable since you're a natural).  When Chick says they're just the finishing touch, this is somewhat true - though a bit overstated.  People who claim to run their first cycle and gain 20 or 30 pounds don't realize that most of their gains have come in the way of water weight (bloat) or bodyfat because they eat like shit while they're on.

In Leefy's case, I think his use of AAS has been effective to keep his muscle while he diets.

maybe so...

although ive seen some tiny tits get huge very very fast by starting cycles.  they eat like crap and still were huge.

of course when you see people come off the sauce....you then realize how much drugs played a part in their physique....to say its just the finishing tough seems a little bit  of an understatement.  no?

They eat like crap and get huge, then lose it.  Why?  Because they didn't gain quality muscle.  They "blew up" with a combo of fat, muscle, and water.  If and when they cut down, the muscle they did gain will likely be lost - leaving you to say they were "all drugs."

Finishing touch?  Yes, it's an understatement but the role drugs play is difficult to quantify.  For instance, a natural BB and a drug-enhanced BB shouldn't train the same way - no way.  For instance, a most non-nattys can do fine on a 3 day on - 1 off training split, while I would almost never recommend this to a natty.  Their recovery just isn't in the same ballpark.  Also, AAS allow your body to synthesize more protein, so a non-natty needs to eat more (clean food) than the natty.  Again, does this make them all drugs?  Personally, I think not.

Also, you should recognize that people have different responses to gear.  Take Dan Duchaine for example.  He had all the knowledge and access to revolutionary new BB drugs (for his time) but he was never a good BBer.  His response just sucked.  He recognized this and wrote about it somewhere.

Spot on.

I could take ridiculous amount of aas over decades and would still not be close to the size pros are.
It's not all drugs .. it's all genes.
