you have to be crazy to f##k with BOPE.  these cats would get extra pay for kills per mths, just started killing anything to collect...so the program was discontinued.  be thankful for the comforts of the states and europe.

you're talking regular police.  that's the ones show up on globo like 5 or 10 gun down by dealers over retaliation.  maybe one bope guy a mth and they go death squads and bounties 10000 reais to bring you back chopped up in a plastic bag when they lose one.

also for regular police they make so little, have to live in favelas so they have to hide their uniforms.
