I didn't know about that. I did know him and even trained with him once in a while and would have never suspected he was gay, Bi or whatever. I dating a girl there (Golds) at that time and she told me. Seemed hard to believe at the time.

even more ironic that these drugs became harder to get partly because of his public accusations. so the people that have the same disease as him are less likely to be treated properly  because they are now controlled substances

Lyle was a hypocrite and a liar, he was a big pussy to not admit to being a homo who barebacked one too many fags and got AIDS, he tried to play the victim of the evil steroids but he was a victim of his own ignorance and pathetic behaviour.
You are right he helped bring about the stupid steroid laws that exist in the US today, so people with AIDS who arent cowards like Lyle probably find it harder to get the gear they need to live a normal life, what a girl ::)
