So I left my log-book after doing chest Yesterday, and I go to the gym today to train back and they told me the janitor most likely threw it away.

Months of logged lifts relegated to the city landfill.

Oh well-
It`s not as if it was a manuscript of Beethoven`s Ninth Symphony anyway.

I have been lucky thus far.  I have heard a myriad of insults hurled indirectly throughout the years of course.  One of my favorite past times is the art of argument and I am worse in person than on here as I will go for hours just to hammer a point.

Jezebelle has been the victim even and I recall once spending a few hours arguing that the United States Senate is necessary (she feels it should be just comprised of the House of Representatives), theoretical ways to harness gravity as a source of energy (we each have a different idea) and that I can antique shoes to make them appear like pure wood better than she will ever manage since my methodology is superior.

I don`t think a day goes by where there isn`t an argument of some sort.

Umm..surgery on my legs for two Blood Clots in each leg and i can only train my upper body but i am using crutches to get around.  Trying to watch my diet as close as i can.

Yes sir.  Still very painfull but i had to come up to Georgia and have surgery at Emory university.
