Nandrolone will probably not work for rotator cuff issues. The reason it makes your joints feel better is it increases synovial fluid in your joints.

thanks.

i am getting some pain right now - but on both sides (shoulders), and only when i lift weights in certain movements at certain weights i.e. decline bench which is very strange. i don't think it is major issues, but was hoping deca may fix/ help.

i'll let you all know if it works.

Yeah, give it a try if you want to. Deca works somethings and it doesn't work for others.

maybe a doctor can see what the real problem is, if you mask it over with deca you could just injure yourself more.

had to take a total of years off (on and off) due to partial tears.

they healed, but as soon as i get to a certain weight on presses - they give me trouble again.

I've had continuous rotator cuff issues on both shoulders and Deca never helped (I've run it quite often as it's my favorite for bulking).  Best thing to do is to avoid exercises that cause problems, which can be a little difficult but workable.  A bad strain can put me out for weeks so I've learned to really just take things easy and not go as balls out since I have no plans ever stepping on a stage.

Agree with Emmortal here to bro..when I dropped u/rows , overhead pressing with barbells , etc etc things started to improve with me , Also cycling exercises and keeping it fresh seems to have helped.pre exausting with laterals before moving onto db presses/smith front and hammer presses helps to..I can still press with those exercises just not a barbell but need to change every few weeks or they start to flare up again which is odd but it works for me.

x2.  All the drugs in the world don't help if you keep doing exercises that aggravate a joint.

scotland - i hope they are not fake  >:(

only have 2x 10ml amps to try. i can't really take them just now as i'm leaving the country soon for a few weeks. i'll take them when i get back.

i'm going to try decline/flat/incline presses again in my next workout, if i get any pain i'll drop them completely or reduce the weight quite a bit untill i try the deca.

if i still get pain  :'(

zenik's quality gear mate - only a small outfit but well respected i've heard. using their test t350 at the mo - no complaints. never heard of any fakes either. good luck with your shoulder - been there! just x2 what the other fellas are saying - simply have to avoid aggravating the area...
