Knee pain - inject HGH into the knee?!?!

Ive been suffering knee pain for a while from squats and running and its getting really bad now. Someone recommened to me to inject HGH into the cavity of the knees?#
ANyone tried this?

go to docs have them shoot synvisc which is fluid taken from comb of a rooster should fix you up for 5-6 monthes, no shit.

I'm not saying it won't work, but Synvisc did nada for me. I've definitely considered going to see Dunn as he's down here in Miami. PRP sounds like it may hold some promise also:

that platlet stuff was going to be my next suggestion, just heard about that the past year.
