Also, I advocate finding the absolute highest amount of calories you can consume and yet remain in a deficit while dieting.  This is simply accomplished by slow adjustment, perhaps monthly or bi-monthly.

For instance, I am eating 2800 calories day in and day out and am losing 1 lb, every 2 weeks or so.  IF I see a stagnation I will reduce to 2600 calories and sit there for a good few months.  

I find I really don`t have to go below 2400 at all.

In October I raise my calories to about 3000 and keep them there until April.  So you see, its really nothing new and it certainly is something that everyone SHOULD know how to do.  

Its simple, enjoyable, effective and guaranteed to work.

This is one pic that SquadFather/SusanFitness posted that was the beginning of the end with him. When I look a this picture of him I don't know where to start. But lets try anyway. It will be easier if we take it in pieces or segments. Lets start on the right side. Notice how due to high body fat content and lack of any appreciable muscle development that there's really no separation betweent the arms and shoulders.
