I did it many many many many years ago in this ghetto ass gym I used to train at in Egypt that had no AC and it was 110 degrees!

I've never worked out shirtless in the gym, but generally don't wear one when I workout at home.

No gyms around me allow it.My new gf doesn't know anything about working out or gyms and would always comment, worrying about girls checking me out at the gym.She thought I did my workouts without a shirt lol (not that girls would check me out anyhow,TOO muscular for them)

Thanks bro. I'm not that big anymore. I did compete... started at age 17 and ended up doing about 22 shows.
