2 burnt out light bulbs - been too lazy to change them!

Wallpaper is TERRIBLE!!!! I concur, this is the same wallpaper from the previous owner! Couldn't be fucked to change it because we are only living here temporarily, I'll post pictures of my permanent home back in Egypt, you'll like the bathroom there - Marble walls!

Those are actually all clean towels! I have no idea why we fucking need so many towels and why we just haven't moved them to like our storage or something!!!!! LOL

This is actually GOOD for me in the off-season ahhahaha! At 230 and 20% most will tell you "oh he's watching his diet" I've been as high as 265 with god knows what bf and looked like a blimp, then I dieted down to 180 in 4 months LOL was noooo fun!

Yeah 15% would be better!

Forgot to say - thanks for the compliment! Shoulders are actually my 2nd worst bodypart after legs! Cause I didn't train shoulders for like the first 2 years when I begain this bodybuilding thang!

No doubt. I don't compete, but I don't think I'll ever let myself get above 15% again. I've learned that being sloppy with my diet just isn't worth all the hours on that damn stairmaster.
