Thanks a lot bro I really appreciate it, I think Chest is my best or second best (after arms) body part.

Its all cause my first year training, all I did was like chest and arms, 2 or 3 times a week hahahaha

I think chest is like the only muscle I actually "look forward to training" now lol, even with arms now, I'm like "fuck its arm day, I'm too tired for this shit"

HAHAHA TA!!!  You're crazy man!  That last pic was taken after a night of Mcdonalds Binging, and I was freaking out cause I had that photshoot the next day!  I think I was around 190 - 195 then!  If only I get my competition weight that high!!  Thanks for the praise man!

Yes 2007 was my worst year, I lost a TON of muscle, and I was like "skinny fat" was embarassing!



In 2008 I competed at 159, that year I lost a lot of muscles too (fucked up something in the diet last few weeks)... but at least I was SHREDDED!!!
