Never met Kai but if he is as down to earth and friendly with his fans as in the video then he must be one of the most approachable and easygoing pros. Hell he sounds as if he was an enthusiastic little boy.

Imagine Frederic trying to give that book to Lou Ferrigno, Lou would be asking Frederic for 20 dollars just to accept the book!

Frederic Delavier Training and Anatomy book is probably the best seller in all Europe. Only in spanish edition are more than 50.000 units selled. The english translation is easy to find, here in Europe, but exits too in french, german, italian,etc... and several other lenguages...
