My current daily schedule is in my first post in this thread.



So 12 weeks out (at 222.5 lbs):

365 g protein/day
300 g carbs/day

Foods:

-Lean ground beef
-Egg whites
-Chicken breast
-Tilapia
-Lean ground turkey breast
-Oatmeal
-Rice
-Salad
-Steamed vegetables

My wife cooks almost all my food for me and we're using almost every flavors from Mrs. Dash. Sometimes on a contact grill, sometimes in a pan with PAM cooking spray.

Now I'm changing the protein source in every meal. Egg whites+beef-chicken-tilapia-chicken-tilapia-turkey. Lots of meat! But now I have a bit more money then I had back in Hungary to afford all these things... Which is funny because we arrived to the States 9 month ago with four luggages...I was able to start make money since February...in November/December sometimes we only had $100-$150 so it was really hard to start a new life here... And now few months later I'm able to prepare for a pro bodybuilding show. I love this country!
