how are these ever attractive?  How can shoving metal through your nose be a steup up in looking better?  I cant comprehend it

 Nose rings look hot on women. Especially the Indian women with pierced nostrils. They look great.

 Usually on men I think they look kind of strange. It depends on the shape of the face. I wear earrings sometimes but that's it.
