And people are talking shit about Strikeforce's brawl or King Mo having a "bad attitude".  Beating your wife and having the aftermath video all over the internet is definately worse  Oh wait, the UFC only signs saints ::)

Why are we comparing the two ???  Both are wrong.  At least the UFC will be taking disciplinary action instead of encouraging it.  Also, Tito smacking his slut around doesn't give MMA a bad name.  It's done by all sorts of losers all the time.  A brawl at a live MMA event that is being seen by many casual fans does give the image that MMA fighters are not athletes but a bunch of thugs, something the sport is trying to overcome.  That brawl happened because Strikeforce was not in control of who was in/out of the cage.  That would not happen at a UFC event.

This is a private issue with Tito. Dana has even addressed it and said if true it would be handled. Happens all the time in athletes personal lives. The UFC has nothing to do with this or any real control over this type of stuff happening.

You are correct. There is NO room for fighters with bad attitudes in the UFC with a one dimensional skill-set, especially with no gas tank.

Like I said before, the Strikeforce brawl was a direct reflection of Strikforce's inability to pull of a professional quality event.

Interesting how everyone was bagging the StrikeForce fight in the ring and saying how bad it was for the sport and was the worst that can happen and then you see the UFC being represented with this.  Which is worse you guys

ive met tito on several occasions, talked with him, his a good dude, good head on his shoulder, very respectful and helpful, in his personal life his a humble dude, not what you see on tv, its mostly show biz stuff, she mustve done something real stupid for him to snap like that, again we dont know the whole story, women can be pretty fucked up sometimes

As alway,s there are two sides to every story. Kind of funny how Jenna is acting. Torn ligaments in her shoulder with an ace bandage from CVS on her elbow ::)
Acknowledging what happened right afterwords to the media while carrying her children  ::)

Tito holding a press conference and crying ::) Hmmmmmm

Tito Ortiz -- Jenna Is Hooked on Oxycontin

Originally posted Apr 26th 2010 9:50 PM PDT by TMZ Staff

Tito Ortiz and his attorney claim Jenna Jameson is addicted to Oxycontin -- and they say that's what led to the alleged incident that got the UFC fighter busted for felony domestic violence. Ortiz dropped that bombshell during a news conference moments ago at a restaurant in North Hollywood.

Tito's attorney Chip Matthews said that Jenna's been battling addiction to the painkiller for more than a year now, and that Tito and family members have been protecting her.

As for what happened in Tito and Jenna's home Monday morning -- Matthews repeatedly said, "Tito never touched Jenna."   He claims that Jenna had a relapse and that Tito confronted her about the drugs he claims to have found.  Matthews suggested Jena was high and just lost her balance.

Tito was very choked up when he said he hopes "Jenna will be okay."  Tito also said, "my parents have gone through addiction and I'm not going to let my family go through that."

Matthews claimed Jenna has been to rehab, and that her addiction has led to multiple suicide calls to 911.

So what's Jenna's side of this?  During the news conference the former porn star was packing up to leave for Las Vegas.  When told about Tito's allegations, she said "he's trying to save his career" -- and then hit the road for Vegas with two friends.

We're told Jenna's dad is taking care of Tito and Jenna's twin sons.

Are you familiar with James Toney?  or Maybe you've heard of Phil Baroni.

I hate Tito, but I believe his story. Can't turn a ho into a housewife--- especially a ho who was a human toilet for half her life and that is now a junkie.

What part of NO ROOM is confusing you? Never said there were not any in the UFC. It would be much different if I said they "Do not allow" ::)

Toney is a legend that happens to pull in big numbers while potentially putting on a couple of interesting match-ups.

Baroni built his career on having an attitude long before MMA was what it is today. Much like Tito, Rampage, Shamrock(s) etc...

To clarify for you....if a "bad attitude" is what you are using to help identify yourself these days in MMA, you better have something else great to offer BEFORE being signed. Bad attitudes are a dime a dozen in combat sports.

Besides the bad attitude, King Mo looked like he would barley make it onto the TUF with his last outing. Gassed in the first round. That is inexcusable.

At first I thought he had what was coming to him, but judging by the way Jenna has been acting publicly, it seems as though it really isn't bothering her all too much. Why would any sane woman 'beaten' by her man talk to the media like she has? Why couldn't her Dad go to CVS and get the bandage for her?

Very typical emotionless behavior brought on by substance abuse.

King Mo gassed yet beat a consensus top 10 ranked fighter, James Toney has never pulled in big numbers, he is definitely a legend, but again he's never, even in his prime pulled in big numbers.

Not looking too good for Jenna. Sad for both Jenna and Tito though. Kids are not toys.

Jenna Jameson -- The Striking Contradiction http://www.tmz.com/2010/04/27/jenna-jameson-tito-ortiz-beating-arrest-video/

Originally posted 52 minutes ago by TMZ Staff

Jenna Jameson has told two completely different -- and contradicting -- stories about the incident that led to the arrest of her baby daddy Tito Ortiz yesterday ... and they're both caught on tape.

When we first saw Jenna last night -- around 8 PM -- she adamantly stated that Tito did not lay a hand on her.

But a few hours later -- around 10 PM -- the story had changed ... and Jenna repeatedly referred to Tito as a "wife beater."

So what happened in the time span between her stories? Well, one minor thing -- around 9:30 PM -- Tito held a press conference in which the fighter claims he never touched her ... and insinuated that Jenna's injuries were the result of her alleged addiction to OxyContin.

Toney's fight with Couture will bring in big numbers. Not Brock size numbers, but good numbers.  It is also capable of bringing in new viewers in the form of boxing fans. Smart move by the UFC. All about expanding the audience.

As stated before, King Mo may someday he may be in the UFC, but he has a lot of things to learn before that happens.
