Because that's what the fashion industry feeds women. Like hoe the bbing industry feeds us that if we are huge bbers we will get all the hot women we want, when in fact most women don't find huge bbers attractive.
Thing is bodybuilders usually are passed/viewed as freaks or something extreme (for a good reason or not). These females are much more mainstream and are considered beauty icons (by some deluded fahsion designers/stylists/fags (whatever you wanna call them).
It's ridiculous. If it was purely for facial looks i doubt any man on the street would look at them if they passed by. The look totally blank and soulless. Reminds me of a similar photo with pics of female bodybuilders, a couple of 'em look much better than those Louis Vuitton alien creatures.
