Hope you're right bench, I've known Tito before he became famous and to this day we have never got along but I would hate for him to go to jail on something that didn't happen. Also read where Dana white might cut him from the UFC.

just a arm bruise isn't that serious, so he would have only got a class A misdemeanor...but in the state of Texas the victim doesn't have the option of pressing charges...the state of Texas automatically presses charges on the violator.....

Most states are like that today.  However, if the victim refuses to show up to court and testify, the case goes nowhere (99% of the time).

PC?  As is probable cause?  All they can testify is to what they saw, and any bruises, etc they saw on the victim.  Anything else is excluded as hearsay and you can't get a conviction.

Like I said, I hate these cases, but the victim here is a real slime.  Prostitute, turned pro star, turned pimp, now pregnant with twins.  I feel sorry for the unborn kids.

by PC i mean the actual probable cause affidavit with report, including victims/witness statements.......if the victim doesnt show up, my area usually files on them...

haha can you imagine her twin sons growing up, having every single guy they know cracking off to old vids of their mom in her prime getting plowed by thousands of guys with her asshole right in the camera, you know they will eventually see it themselves too, man that would be fucked up.
i have nothing against porn stars but its probably not the best idea to have kids
