Isn't CF a lung disease? I did have an umbilical hernia which, because I didn't know what it was, I let go for over nine months until my gut got really distended. Even though I had visible abs I looked like I was pregnant. It permanently stretched out my ab muscles and caused distention. But still, when you look at the average man over 25 yo most already have a protruding gut much worse than I do so it doesn't bother me. I still wear a 32 inch pants. Nobody ever tells me in real life that I have a big gut. Only here and only those who would never show a pic of their waist line.

Last year I was at a birthday party and as I was leaving with a couple of friends we struck up a convo with this girl who was pretty toasted.
