OPINIONS: I BEGAN USING A GREENS POWDER

Tonight i had a greens powder shake...tasted like sweet grass...but i think it will be healthy to have
i eat lots of veggies and fruit every day-so this would be additional greens in my diet

anyone take a greens powder?!!

i have a friend that takes them from true protien.....he seems to think they are helping him...

The chiro I work for sells greens. I use 2 scoops everyday midday. I eat a ton of raw veggies a day, so this is just to get more in..taste like crap though.

One of my favorite supplements,  a must have for people on the go.  No one has a perfect diet.

I bought the Barleans and the Emerald Green powders and holy crap my shit was foul.  The smell and color of my poop was atrocious.  Just nasty.

it made my poop super messy and sticky.  No matter how much I wiped it wouldn't come clean and no matter how much I pooped I always felt I still had to poop some more.

This one "blends" well with a chocolate shake


and this one actually tastes pretty good on its own - not "green" tasting at all - more fruity

princess can you mix the bottom one with choclate shake as well? I guess I could try the greens powder I have with a choclate shake to see how it taste

I guess I wouldn't since it's kinda fruity tasting.  The serving size is so small (maybe a teaspoon), I mix it up with about 5 ounces of water and slam it.  It actually tastes pretty good.
