Abs are awesome.

He really looks like he has aged a lot lately but dropping down your BF dieting like he would be can do that anyway.

Badell is a former 2x 3rd place at the O he can definately beat Wolf especially from the shots i saw. Despite all Dexter's bitching Badell convincinly beat him at the 2004 Mr.O.

Wolf has the same holes in his physique he did 3 years ago.

Small calves, high lats, flat biceps and you have to guess what kind of condition he comes in.
Freeman has a better chance of beating him but his conditioning is questionable also.
I don't believe those Badell pics are from 4 weeks out. I think they're old pics. But regardless he has the most complete physique and is always in shape. Only thing to worry about is his gut and leg size. He'll be fine.

I was too. The new pics make me believe again, but 09 was really bad to him. Wasn't it Nichols that screwed him up?

Yes. But Badell is going to take the New York, he is complete. Wolf still has the same faults...

Levrone's bis were flat too, nothing you can do about that. Just keep making them bigger. Abs and waistline are pretty good for a guy his size but gotta agree on the "all drugs". He looks to be aging rapidly and hair is going bye-bye. Funny you mention Ruhl, because for his size he used lots of machines like Wolf does.
