Phreak can you distinguish between volcanic ash and the normal dust and dirt that lands on everyone's roof, sidewalk, gardens, sheds etc all the time???
not really. I just know that one day the roof was clean as a whistle (right after a few rainy days). The next day there was a considerable coating of dust on it. That continued for several days, after which time we had some rain. And since then absolutely no dust whatsoever any more. Yes, it MIGHT have been other dust. But it would have to have been from somewhere on a line between Iceland and Holland, because the wind was coming from the direction of Iceland for weeks. So no, I didn't analyze samples. But following Occam's razor, the simplest explanation is volcanic dust.
Did you read the article that says the ash cloud was present in northern Germany Scandinavian countries, but places like Spain, Portugal, Italy, France had air that was CLEAR OF ASH so there was no reason to suspend air traffic. Please note also that the military drill Brilliant Ardent continued through this supposed ash cloud with no damage to the planes, ships, cars, tanks, etc involved.Hmmmmm?
A hoax is a complete fantasy. So now you are backpedaling and saying it wasn't a hoax, just reported partially incorrectly?
