you can blame the mercury poisoning for your thought process...at least you'll have an excuse...

The title says it all.

i would say on the average day i eat 4-6 cans.

anyone else here a seasoned connoisseur of tuna fish?

why are you so obsessed about your muscle mass? is it an insecurity about your height or you dick's size -or both- that motivates you to do such stupid thing?

Tuna meat is full of mercury and tons of other toxins.

It's nasty shit. I only eat it like once a month.

It can seriously give you diseases if you eat tons of it.

fresh tuna in the form of sushi/sashimi or a nice seared tuna steak is gentleman's fare.

canned tuna is a bastardized version for the masses, albeit convenient.  I used to eat several cans a day, usually dry... and then eventually with some mustard to make it somewhat palatable.  cracks me up when I think back to the garbage I would choke down all in the quest for mass (like adding something extra would have made it less hardcore and hurt my gains).

if you can at least enjoy the food a little, it makes it a lot more tolerable to maintain the high protein lifestyle.

4-6 cans of tuna really isn't a big deal.   ::)  Tuna is too lean of a meat to be eating that much of it anyways.  Beef and eggs should be your staple.
