the only difference between 250 and 325 bmr is 500 calories. if he can get to 325, lean, he has to use shitload of aas of course. he dont need that much calories like the pig is talking about in that text to grow or maintain his weight, of course more than if he was 250, but with only 500 more calories, with more proteins to get the drugs doing their magic, and thats it... 325lbs bmr is like 3k.. add in training and stuff and proteins, its like 4000 to maintain, eating 4000 calories per day if you're motivated just a little bit is pretty easy.
-4 instants oatmeal little bags+protein shake: 1k
-2 cups of pasta, chicken breast+sauce: 1,3k
-1cup of rice+ beef or chicken or protein shake, any fucking protein you want: 1k
-after training, zero fat milk chocolate+protein shake+anything fatless you want: 1k
-any protein source+ like 3 tbs of flaxseed oil= 6-700
look at this, only 5 meals, really easy and fun to eat, gives around 5k calories, 250g proteins (increase whey or any protein source amounts to get any total amounts of proteins you want.. can up it to 500, just double whey proteins amount in shake and swallow it down. easy as fuck)
If you somehow skipped a meal, just swallow down cups of 0 fat milk. or whey and oatmeal (in a shake, grinded with coffee grinder) if you're a bit crazy about sugar and stuff
