Something that Franco Columbo told me one time. As long as your chest is at least 10" larger than your waist you have potential. My chest was 15" to 20" larger than my waist most of the time. Later on I quit doing so much back work and almost totally eliminated lat work which was one of my favorties to do. In this photo I at least had some kind of shape to my lats. Nothing ripped or anything but it is better than what I have now which are flaps
This photo of the twins are on the Big Island of Hawaii during the same promotional tour for the movie. It was at a shopping center and there were at least 1000 peopel there in line to get their autograph and photo. What we did was schedule appearances at each Blockbuster Video in Hawaii (my friend owned them all at the time so it was easy), spoke at a few high schools and invited everyone down to the local theater to watch the movie with the twins. Even had lunch with them. this is when i met BJ Penn for the first time. Of course he was just a kid and I don't remember but he told me about it. Went on a few radio shows and basically walked around letting everyone know what we were doing., Met Mickey Rooney at the hotel on Maui and invited him but I guess he was too important. That is what we did for the movie in Hawaii
