Dave talked about how he started his diet at 3200 cals and worked up to 5000 cals.

What you fail to acknowledge ( or realize ) is that PJ Braun  is part of a triad composed of the Windsors, Bill Gates and The Rockefellers who control bodybuilding, the sports supplement industry and all the banks. These three parties along with Pj meet several times a month not only to direct the new world order, discuss the seceret ingredients in  Coke and KFC ( which they own ) but also to dictate who gets put in time out here on GetBig.

PJ is as inside as they come and Aaron is playing his cards very well.
