he isnt totally dieted yet, but it looks (on the surface) like improvements were made

upper back particularly

quads and arms as well

His back thickness has improved dramatically, the BDB is the best he's ever looked. Still he looks very off for one week out, hope for him it's just water.

i agree with that, it slipped my mind how close ny was

he should be ready to step on stage now save for a couple tabs of aldactone....he looks 3-4 weeks out

maybe he is trying purposfully to go for more mass this show, becuse his main comp is tony freeman who is notorious for also being soft

he doesn't look 1 week out but Wolf has the type of metabolism where he can lose 10 pounds in 2 days
we'll see what he looks like next week, I don't believe he's going to fuck it up like he did at the Olympia last year
