Keep in mind Keith, I have tried each way equally and have compared and made an easy decision based on the evidence (results) as well as taking in the comparative body of evidence (peer-reviewed studies).
You on the other hand, never have seen your abs once in your life, nor have you ever reduced your caloric intake to an acceptable or healthy level.
You have always been overweight, even at your strongest, (you know the benefits of having a LARGE WAIST and how it translates to lifting poundages).
Of course your power to weight ratio was never any good, but the poundages are decent.
