Well, that would be a bit pointless, as I am in my off season, and anyone who competes knows that staying very lean in the off season is an idiotic thing to do. That is not how you come in bigger and heavier at your next show. Next time I do this, I promise you, I will post before and afters. I will be using this method for my next prep in July. Feel free to save this post on your comp or whatever, and re-post it then(summer) and I WILL post pics, and you can clearly see that it works. I do weekly pics during my prep to assess what macros should be changed, etc, so i can do pre-diet, 8 weeks out, 4 weeks out, etc. I don't lie, I have no reason to.

You are not all the way there yet.  You still believe in tracking Macros which is as pointless as "eating clean".  You are almost there.  Overall caloric intake and minimum nutrient requirements which you get by default via eating like a normal person anyways is all that matters.

i say if you are on anabolics you dont even need a fraction of the protein everyone says you do- higher carbs, lesser protein will keep you much more when dieting, and the anabolics will preserve lean tissue.
