Any law abiding citizen should not have to "show papers" or "produce ID" when he has not done anything wrong.

You can jump into that crowd willing to trade liberty for security... no coming back from that. If Obama decided to pull some similar shit - this time requiring white boys (or asian) or whatever, I don't think too many people would support it.

I'm all for carding to enjoy ANY govt service - including health care.

It sickens me how much I pay for health ins, and these pieces of shit get it for free.

Also, what states give licenses to illegals? Cali? What happens when you drive in AZ with a Cali licence? Do you have to carry a birth cert too?

how are you supposed to enforce a law that you cant inquire about unless they are breaking another law?

Many states give licenses to illegals basically what they do is not require them to prove citizenship...well I guess you better bring proof your a citizen...

and even if you dont its not like you get arrested right then and there or they deport you right then and there...what happens if you drive without a license? do you get arrested? or do they give you a citation telling you to show up in court or prove you have a license before that court date?

actually you do not go to jail for simply driving without a license...you dont think that the same process would be used for those who couldnt prove they were a citizen if it was suspected they may be illegal?
